Tabitha Steiner

From an early age, I felt a calling to the helping profession, inspired by my own experiences with therapy during significant family shifts during my childhood. My counseling journey began working with children and adolescents, where I witnessed incredible resilience. 

Over the years, I've worked across diverse settings—from inside elementary and middle schools, to residential and outpatient facilities for high school students. In more recent years, my focus has shifted to working more with adults, specializing in mental health and wellness during life transitions and recovery from substance use.  I integrate various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I am dedicated to adapting my approach to ensure it best serves my clients, believing in personalized, client-centered care. As an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for all.
