It is important to me, that while in therapy, you don't feel like you have to share a space with a stranger. My goal here is to let you know some fun facts about me so you can make an informed decision on if I will be a good personality fit.
As you can maybe tell by the page header my name is Harrison Davis. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60842012) and am licensed in Washington, with North Carolina and Oregon in the works. I have been practicing for more than 5 years - time flies!
I hail from Northeastern North Carolina, received my undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from UNC at Greensboro and my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
Outside of mental health counseling I enjoy building and riding motorcycles, being outdoors, sports of all kinds, and nurturing my relationships with friends and family. These outlets are important for me and my work, but more importantly they are assets in my goal to practice what I preach in sessions on a day-to-day basis.
