Bio:

I'm originally from Colorado, and am happy to have recently returned after living in Nashville for a few years. I'm pursuing a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with an expected graduation in May 2025. My journey into counseling was shaped by my diverse experiences working with children and families in various settings.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. My professional background includes teaching preschool, working in a residential treatment home for adolescents, and being a nanny. These experiences have deepened my understanding of family dynamics and the importance of early intervention in mental health.

In my practice, I embrace a client-centered approach, believing that everyone has the innate strengths needed for growth. I integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other strength-based methods to tailor treatment to each individual's needs. I also incorporate mindfulness and meditation practices to address the mind-body connection.

I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and other stigmatized groups. I offer in-person sessions on the weekends and evenings for clients 5 years of age and older.

In my free time, I enjoy drawing, singing, playing guitar, reading, going on walks, and indulging in a good reality show. I am excited to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and growth.
